Hey there, I'm Nav Chatterji.

I'm Texas raised and Delhi braised.

I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.

Post that I was an Investment Banker in Wall St - student debt sucks:/

I left banking and was contemplating an MBA.

During this time I came to India for a friend's wedding for two weeks. It's now been over 5 years.

Apparently if you learn to drive in India, you can drive anywhere.

I still can't drive - but let's see if the same holds with building companies. Following are my notes. Enjoy :)
